{"id":753,"date":"2015-07-05T04:18:40","date_gmt":"2015-07-05T04:18:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/?p=753"},"modified":"2015-07-10T01:58:53","modified_gmt":"2015-07-10T01:58:53","slug":"day-5-no-game-today","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/2015\/07\/05\/day-5-no-game-today\/","title":{"rendered":"Day 6 &#8211; Day 2 of 10 and no Game Today"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Well we had Breakfast with Midge and filled up the tank and she lead up out of Woburn.\u00a0 It was a great way to finish off a wonderful time in Boston with Midge.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704150920a.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704150920a.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704150920a.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704150920b.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704150920b.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704150920b.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We were 4 hours out of New York City.\u00a0 Well actually we are staying in an RV park just 2 train stops from New York City.\u00a0 We got in around 4 pm and showered and took off to see the city.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704151724b.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704151724b.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704151724b.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704151726.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704151726.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704151726.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We took the ferry over to Manhattan island and we were dropped off right at the base of the new &#8220;Freedom&#8221; Tower.\u00a0 There are several memorials around the new tower and a museum.\u00a0 We toured the memorials but skipped the museum.\u00a0 It was feeding time.\u00a0 So we went up to Little Italy for Pizza.\u00a0 And as you may or may not know if you give Marty pizza hes gonna want Gelato.\u00a0 So we ate diner and desert and headed back across the Hudson via train and watched the fireworks sitting in front of our RV with neighbors ( Bill and Louise) and talked and watched the fireworks from Ellis Island and from Manhattan.<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704152137d.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704152137d.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704152137d.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704152150c.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full\" title=\"0704152150c.jpg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.griffy-sherlock.com\/homepage\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/wpid-0704152150c.jpg\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>So its time for bed ..
